1. No lubrication required There are no friction or rolling parts, so greasing or oiling is completely unnecessary. 2. Maintenance-free As long as it is used in a normal state, inspection only requires checking for looseness of bolts and nuts. 3. No backlash With no backlash and high torsional rigidity, there is no rotational variation, allowing for precise phase control. 4. High torque transmission Optimally designed to be compact while transmitting high torque. 5. Easy installation and removal The DCP type integrates the disk element, bush, and washer into a single package, making coupling and uncoupling extremely easy. 6. High allowable rotational speed A high-precision bush is inserted between the element and the bolt, allowing for extremely high rotational speeds compared to other couplings. 7. Large allowable misalignment The allowable misalignment is large, with an angular misalignment of 0.5 to 1°, and the allowable parallel offset can be increased according to the length of the spacer. 8. Low thrust load The thrust load generated by the coupling is small, significantly reducing the burden on the drive shafts and bearings of the prime mover and driven machine.
